Mr. Stewart William, the owner of Handychamps asked for a 50%down payment to start the job. Work started on May 7, completed paining and then disappeared with $5, 409. 85 and sent me a message that he has filed for bankruptcy and cannot complete my work on July 7 after multiple texts from me about the status of the work. I got an attorney who found that neither Stewart william personally or his company Handychamps had in fact filed for bankruptcy. Additionally he texted me to let me know that suing him is a bad idea for me because that will result in him delaying the return of my money, To date I have not recieved any money from Handychamps LLC. Ok. I use both Pickens and HandyChamps LLC. Stew Williams, owner. 513-237-6523. If it is just moisture between the glass that is cosmetic and will continue to get worse. No need to replace the entire window! You can not “fix” the seal, you will need to have the glass replaced. Many of my clients, both buyers and sellers have this issue and it is not super expensive to replace the glass, it is all determined by the size and whether or not there are Muntins (grids) in the window that can be reused or need to be matched.
