Bought an item and seller´s account has been suspended

Just as the title says, I bought an item and paid for it with my credit card. Ebay classified it as paid in the purchase history. A day after that, the sellers account was suspended, don´t know how or why. Problem is, I don´t know if the item is on its way and all is good and its just a misunderstanding or if it was a scam and no item is coming. When I tried to cancel the purchase it says “Looks like you’re not buying or selling this item. Choose another item, or look up an item number in My ebay. ” Here is the proof:I visited the resolution center as the generated text politely suggests, but found no answer nor help there.
HiWhen eBay suspends a seller… they remove ALL of the seller’s listings as well. That makes ‘Item Numbers’ invalid… so it is impossible to pursue any remedies through eBay, which relies on Item Numbers to identify transactions. That said, you CAN use your PayPal buyer protection to receive a refund. Do the following:Log in to your PayPal account and click on ‘Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center’ an ‘Item not received’ dispute. Tell PayPal that eBay suspended the seller and removed the listing… so that you cannot file a dispute with calate the dispute after 7 days. If you wait too long to escalate it, the dispute will time out after 20 the seller was suspended so soon after you bought the item… it is HIGHLY unlikely they shipped your item. If you DO receive the item at some point after getting your refund… then you can either ‘refuse delivery’ OR use the ‘Send Money’ option in PayPal to repay the seller.
As the eBay message tells you, the transaction may be completed if you have already paid. Wait until the last date of estimated delivery, maybe a couple of days after that, and if no item has arrived, file a case in the Resolution Center for item not received to get your money back.
