I emailed and, sure enough, it bounced. That sure doesn’t look good for it’s part of Walmart, you might want to write a nasty-gram to the corporate headquarters. Letter, complete with envelope and stamp, not an email. Letters actually get more attention in most commercial enviroments. An email also won’t hurt, but the letter will get more said all that, I found a feature of VUDU that has been useful for me, and for family members, particularly my 78-year-old mother, who loves this feature: The Disc-To-Digital mother has a large DVD library, and has been hot and heavy into converting them to digital for her Roku. No searching through boxes or worrying which of my sisters she loaned some movie to. She likes you’re not familiar, the service allows you to add DVDs to your VUDU library. A standard definition DVD can be added (if it’s in the VUDU library) for $2. Or, you can upgrade from SD to HD for $5. And, if you do 10 or more at a time, it’s half-price.
