Hi Reddit. This is Will, First of all, need to explain why keep silence these 2 days. So many rude comments and net violence totally made me sick and sleepless, Not well at all these 2 days. Till now, still afraiding of how buyers would react to this post. But it is time to face you and show my apology and proposals for the future. I am here making this post to apologize for the problems buyers been having using my store recently. We have been on Repsneakers since 2015. Before, we had one of the best reputation for a seller on this reddit. But that is not true in 2020. I want to acknowledge the things we have done wrong which result in our fallen reputation, and promise to do better. Things has reasons, some rude customers even said ‘Fxxk your mother wish you guys ruin your lungs with the Corona. ’ But we didn’t post it, business sure shouldn’t be insulted to your family. If you saw the comments in the post, some was says ‘unhappy with Will months ago, while some says years ago’. All disappointed experiences joined in while they think it is the suitable time. I acknowledge that sometime my behavior and choice in words is not professional and acceptable. However stressed out and frustrated me or my staff become with customers, there is no excuse for unprofessionalism. We sincrely apologize for being rude and apologize to anyone we have offended. We promise to show more professional and kindness in the future. I also acknowledge that our service is not as gracious in accepting redlights compare to others. Buyers deserve to have options to choose, or we can give them a refund if we can’t find a good shoe. If other seller can do it, so can Sneakerwill. No excuse. I promise we will work to become more understanding in buyer choices for RLs. I also hope buyers will understand that no shoe is perfect and flaws can be on retail, I acknowledge that we have problem sending QC pictures to every buyer who asks. Sometimes we forget, especially if buyers ask after order. This is wrong. In the future we will do as much as we can to give QC pics to buyers as long as they ask before shoes ship. We promise we will devise a system change that will more accurate ensure buyers that want QC pics will get, Appreciate to all supports whom be with Will these 5 years, if without you, Will’s company unable to grow up and last such long. Show all will be hiring more staff and dedicating more budget to accept costs for increased redlight logistics, QC verification, and other decide to send 20 free pairs whom comes to whatsApp +86 186 0501 6686 ASAP when need, each guy only for one pair, the quicker you some, the one of 20 is yours. would edit the 20 guys screenshots here after giveaway. Buying from Will was probably one of the smoothest experiences I ever had (not just shopping reps) of, even though it wasn’t advertised I was able to pay via PayPal which made it super easy. Speaking of easy, communication with Will is such a breeze! He answers fast, explains the situation, knows what to do and is friendly af. Wanted to give him that 1:1 hug whenever he answered me. Even though CNY is still hitting hard, he only needed a week to find a pair of React 87’s (which are probably harder to get than something like OW’s). Shipping to Germany only took 4 days. If you’re looking for a great person to buy from, go to Will. P. S. I’ll post some On-Feet’s tomorrow, no idea if the shoes are 1:1, but they feel great!
