Follow these steps to perform an Internet speed test using the VUDU app.
NOTE: Not all Blu-ray Disc players are supplied with the VUDU® internet video streaming app. To see if your Blu-ray player supports the VUDU service, check the specifications.
Manuals are posted on your model support page.
Press the Home button on the supplied remote.
NOTE: If your remote has an SEN button, press that and skip to step 3.
Select Internet Sign In to log in to an existing account or Sign Up to create a new Additional information and steps are available regarding how to use the VUDU® video streaming feature.
After logging in, select MY Info & Network Speed the test is completed the results with an explanation will be provided.
NOTE: Selecting Network Tips, will provide immediate recommendations to help improve the network connection and internet speed.
