Since TvPad is down, anyone got any alternatives? – Reddit
Yeh its a shame its down for good now =(I never heard of the unblock tech before, however did hear about something called the moonbox. Regardless all android boxes have flaws, (eg their server can be taken down, downloading apps etc) Now what you might be looking for is something called HTPC (home theater media centre). I just purchased a “mini-pc” called Quantum Byte, its running Windows rsonally for me android boxes are complete waste of money. I would rather check out some HTPC, I know HP makes some good ones, but bit pricey. Or go old school and buy a desktop/ laptop hook it up to the tv. The htpc I bought, Quantum is running perfect right now. I’m able to install google chrome and go on all the sites and stream videos/ movies. HTPC are roughly same size as TvPads or even small now! PM if you got any questions! ~ Definitely would recommend Quantum as an alternative because of its price range and quality, rather than investing in another android box.

Hi guys, My dad has a Mi Box which came with preloaded Chinese channels.
