We’re receiving reports of crashes affecting our Android app.
CET 18:00All clear. Google has resolved this, thank you for your 09:30Updating Android System WebView and Google Chrome via Google Play should now resolve the issue for all users. Instructions here.

Issue resolved – Apple sign in/up not working
10:30 CETThe issue is now resolved and users should be able to sign in/up again with Apple. 17:00 CETSigning in or creating an account with Apple is currently not working due to an unanticipated side effect during planned maintenance. Our engineers are aware and investigating. In the meantime, please try signing in with your email and password if possible.

Issue resolved – Crashes on iOS.
19:30 CETThe fixed has been released in a new update of the app. Hence we advise that you please update your SoundCloud app to the newest version if you are still experiencing the issue. Thanks for the patience here. 9:35 CET
Our engineers are investigating an increase of app crashes on our mobile iOS app. We’ll keep you posted on the progress.

Update: Issue resolved
Users are currently unable to sign-in or sign-up using Google. We’re working on a fix! FRANCAIS: Les utilisateurs ne peuvent actuellement pas se connecter ou s’inscrire à l’aide de Google. Unable to play tracks – SoundCloud Help Center
If you are unable to play a certain track it might be that this SoundCloud member does not have the licensing rights to release a track everywhere, they may only make it available within the countries where they have the rights to do so. As a consequence the track might not be available in certain regions.
On Android or iOS apps
Pull down on the screen until you see a spinning wheel to refresh the page, and see if that helps. If not, check to make sure that you are on a stable wifi or 3G connection. If you are still experiencing trouble, please delete and reinstall the app and see if that helps.
On Web
If you are unable to play any tracks on SoundCloud, please follow the steps below:
Try refreshing the page. In most cases, playback hiccups are only temporary.
Check our Status Blog for news and updates on any service interruptions that may be occurring.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, and then restart it.
Check to make sure you have the latest version of your browser installed.
Disable any extensions or ad-blocking plugins that could be blocking SoundCloud from working properly and add to the exceptions list in the plug-in settings of your browser.
Try a different browser (such as Firefox, or Chrome) to see if it is a local issue on your browser.
