TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. COST.
Sell/Buy/Trade service is FREE for people who are #vtkVERIFIED.
The cost to the seller/buyer/trader is a flat fee of 15% of total sale OR $25 (for straight up trades) plus the cost of shipping to our location and back to the buyer/seller/trader. NOTE: It is YOUR responsibility to make sure packages arrive to our facility safely. USE common sense and buy tracking/signature on delivery/insurance options.
2. LEGIT CHECK
Once we receive the shoes, we will authenticate and verify if the shoes are legit or not. Next, the shoes will be tagged that it was authenticated. If the shoes end up as a replica/fake/unauthorized/Fugazi without prior notice, we will keep the shoes and donate to the homeless! NO NEGOTIATING.
3. COMMUNICATION
Both parties will be in communication with us through email or a group private chat to discuss agreements and/or special requests.
4. TURNAROUND TIME
TRADES – 2-3 days once both shoes arrive to our facility and agreements are finalized.
BUYING – 1-2 days once shoes arrive to our facility and the seller receives payment.
5. SHIPPING
We will double box and use either UPS or USPS to ship our packages. Signature on delivery is a MUST and recommend insurance as well. Once we agree on shipping options and costs we will ship the same day if the time is before 12pm PST.
