The Interests feature (also known as Passions in some locations) allows you to select your favorite pastimes and share them on your profile. Interests are a great way to connect with potential matches and get the conversation started.
How do I add Interests to my profile?
Open Tinder and tap the profile icon
Tap the pencil icon by your profile photo
Scroll down and select “Interests”
Select Interests to add to your profile (You can select a maximum of 5 Interests, but need a minimum of 3)
Tap Done to save your changes
How do I edit one of my Interests?
Follow steps 1 – 3 above
Tap highlighted Interests to remove them from your profile and tap grey Interests to add them to your profile
How do I remove all Interests from my profile?
Tap all highlighted Interests to deselect them
Tap Done
Confirm that you’d like to remove all Interests from your profile
How do I change the order that my Interests show up on my profile?
Your Interests are displayed in the order that you selected them in your profile settings. To change the order:
Deselect all of your Interests
Re-select your Interests in the order that you want them displayed.
The first Interest you select will be the first Interest to show on your profile.
Can I preview how Interests look on my profile?
Select the Preview tab
Why do I see Interests on someone else’s profile that are unavailable to add onto my profile?
Interests vary depending on your location, so you may see profiles with Interests that aren’t available to add to your profile.

For Android:
First, open Tinder app.
Second, go to the profile tab.
Next, tap Edit Info.
Then, scroll down and choose the Passions tab.
Now unselect passions you don’t want. You must have at least 3 passions marked.
In the last step, after you finish unselecting your passions, press the Undo icon.
Excellent! You have deselected unwanted passions.
For Windows:
First, go to the Tinder website in your browser.
Second, in the top left corner, click on your profile picture.
Next, under the photo, press the Edit Info button.
Then, scroll down and find the Passions tab.
In the last step, tap the Done button.
Well done! You have successfully removed interests on Tinder account.
For iOS:
At the very begining, open Tinder app.
In the second step, go to the profile tab.
Then, press Edit Info.
Next, scroll down and go to the Passions tab.
Excellent! You have successfully removed unwanted interests from your Tinder account.
For MacOS:
Now unselect passions you don’t want. You should have at least 3 passions marked.
Perfect job! You have deselected unwanted passions on your Tinder account.
