I’ve used OXY since I was in middle school when it was a mostly black container with a small amount of red or green coloring on it. I’ve never had any problems as it works for my face and helps with a fit of apathy and not wanting to go to the store, I ordered it from Amazon. Worst mistake so far. It looks the same, smells the same, but when I go to wash my face it feels grainy. Not a little bit, but a lot. I’ve tried shaking the bottle to see if that helps and it doesn’t. If you lather it in your hand the graininess doesn’t go away. Will not order it from Amazon again, would rather go into the store and deal with people for my usual product.

I decided to give this a try in it’s place. It supposedly has a lot more benzoyl peroxide than Acne Free, but my acne has gotten worse since switching. It does not over dry my skin, which is good, but it also doesn’t feel as clean as other cleansers. I’ll probably keep looking for a replacement, but this will work for now.

Seems to be healing my annoying random clusters of pimples that my other face wash wasn’t doing and a lot quicker too. Just don’t accidentally get it in your eyes. Rinse around your eyes really well. It burns so bad for so long, worse than shampoo in my opinion. It’s also difficult to get out of your eye apparently. Good stuff though. I guess since it burns so bad, it must be really effective at killing pimples.

Great product and you can’t beat the price, it is just as good or better that Pro-Active you see on TV at half the cost, have been using this product for over a year and very happy especially because of my oily skin on my face. This is a cleanser that I use on my face every morning when I take my shower. Pat your face dry, don’t dry your face off hard that allows the medicine to heal pimples and remove black heads. At night I use the OXY pads to clean the oil off of my face. This stuff works great and is a whole lot cheaper that Pro Active tou see on TV for asll and works as good or better than Pro Active.

So I’ll be real here, I bought this to help get clothing dye stains out of vinyl dolls skin thanks to Youtube recommendations. 10/10, the best product for removing blue and black stains on the vinyl being said, I had a bunch left over and a recent acne outbreak to deal with, so I decided to use it. As long as you keep up on applying it, it actually does help stop and heal the acne bumps very quickly. I’m going to probably keep it around, because (thanks ancestors) I have to deal with acne.

At age 61 I developed a recurrence of my teen years acne after starting some pretty strong immune-suppression meds for my rheumatoid arthritis. Used this stuff twice a day for the last couple weeks and it has for the most part dried up the pimples allowing the inflammation to resolve quickly. The container is huge and I expect will last at least 2-3 months using just a dab about the size of a fingernail twice a day. Granted this is only part of a regimen with another benzoyl peroxide spot treatment cream and with Clearisil scrubbies once or trice a day between uses of this. But together they are getting the job done.

Heard this product recommended on a Youtube video and decided to test it out, since my current regiment didn’t seem to help with my acne. I don’t have severe acne, but I was traveling in Singapore for school, and that coupled with the stress did terrors on my it was mostly manageable when I came back to the dry California weather, I still had the occasional burst of acne occur every once in awhile. But this stuff works! I have pretty sensitive skin, but using it once a day, it gave me no redness or problems! Now my acne seems to be fully under control! I only use it once a day in the morning, and a more gentler cleanser at night. It doesn’t really have any smell, and it doesn’t foam at all. It does make the skin dry so I recommend using a face moisturizer after every face wash! I will buy this again when I run out!

After trying acid based cleansers for a while and not having great results, I thought I’d try this. I’ve bought this product multiple times and it works great for me. It is peroxide based which works better for my skin compared to acid based cleansers. I have saved a lot of money being that certain acid based cleansers are 3 times the price of this product.

This is a wonderful cream wash consisting of benzoyl peroxide plus other additives. The consistency of the cream is more like a moisturizer; so smooth and easy to face wash is creamy and feels gentle on my sensitive skin. Will definitely recommend and continue using this as my daily facial wash as it also contains benzoyl peroxide on a daily This is a cream wash and not a scrub, although this product does come in a scrub version as well. Overall, an excellent product and keeps my Skin Clear and for a great price.

I have been using this to at least 25 years! They have changed the formula a few times through the years. I have purchased a bottle for more money at a big box store and noticed it was had never felt like that before. I ordered a bottle here for less money and just received it. Guess what? Also grainy! Well I guess they changed the formula again!!! Each time they changed the formula it’s taken me a while to get used to it, but I do! This is no exception! I really like the graininess!!! It’s just enough without being too abrasive. Still smells great and I’m very pleased with this “new” version! This product has controlled my acne for 25 years and I’m looking forward to many more years of clear skin! Thanks Oxy!!!!!!

Been using this soap for close to 20 years. Before I found it I bounced between several other products including some prescription ones. This one I’m not allergic to (some of the others burned like I’d just put acid on my skin), works reasonably well, and is not astronomically priced (all be it a little more than I’d like). Additionally it has little to no scent (i’m hyper sensitive to scents. )
