Node proxy code for calling MarkLogic endpoints. Supports using cookies or basic authentication with the MarkLogic REST API.
Usage
use require to load the module
call the init function to set parameters (authMethod can either be ‘cookie’ or ‘basic’)
call proxy object and optionally override:
path
method
params
body
headers
optionally provide a response handler callback function
var mlProxy = require(‘ml-proxy’);
({
mlPort:,
mlHost:,
authMethod: ‘cookie’});
var proxy =;
//User log in
(‘/api/user/login’, function(req, res) {
oxyLogin(req, res, {
username:,
password:});});
//User log out
(‘/api/user/logout’, function(req, res) {
delete;
oxyLogout(req, res);});
//Example getting a doc by uri
(‘/api/get/:uri’, function(req, res) {
var path = ‘/v1/documents? uri=’ + + ‘&transform=to-json’;
proxy(req, res, {
path: path});});
Everything is a Proxy - Machine Learning in the Real World

Everything is a Proxy – Machine Learning in the Real World

This course is for professionals who have heard the buzz around machine learning and want to apply machine learning to data analysis and automation. Whether finance, medicine, engineering, business or other domains, this course will introduce you to problem definition and data preparation in a machine learning project.
By the end of the course, you will be able to clearly define a machine learning problem using two approaches. You will learn to survey available data resources and identify potential ML applications. You will learn to take a business need and turn it into a machine learning application. You will prepare data for effective machine learning applications.
This is the first course of the Applied Machine Learning Specialization brought to you by Coursera and the Alberta Machine Intelligence SyllabusReviews5 stars74. 79%4 stars19. 26%3 stars4. 97%2 stars0. 32%1 star0. 64%Nov 12, 2020Filled StarFilled StarFilled StarFilled StarFilled StarHLJun 21, 2020Filled StarFilled StarFilled StarFilled StarFilled StarFrom the lessonMachine Learning in the Real WorldThis week, you will learn how to translate a business need into a machine learning problem. We’ll walk through some applied examples so you can get a feel for what makes a well-defined question for your QuAM. Narrowing down your question and making sure you have the data necessary to learn is critical to ML success! Taught ByAnna KoopSenior Scientific Advisor
