Never buy from this guys! It will take you nowhere when you file a complaint regarding the damaged shoes they’re selling! Til now haven’t heard from them since I filed a complaint! This is the first and last time I’m gonna buy from them! Don’t waste your money with this guys! So disappointed! They even offered me $15 for me not to return the shoes! When I said I wanted a full refund they never replied to my emails again!

I keep emailing this people for my refund. Is being almost 4 months since a filled out a complaint. I filled it the affolant still did not get my refund back. They usually don’t respond back to email. And when they do is every 7/8 weeks. Inseam, I know. I need my refund of $445. 00 dollars back!

I ordered shoes two weeks before my vacation, never received them and when I asked about the status of my order they canceled it without giving me a reason. They have very poor communication skills and grammar. The person who responds is from Mexico and the shoes come from China. I was glad for my refund but after waiting for two weeks I really wanted the shoes. I suggest going to your local flea market if you want to buy bootleg shoes anyway.
Ordered a pair of shoes for my granddaughter realized withing 10 minutes I ordered wrong size. They would not let me change size or cancel order. Stole my 146. 00 and then their site wont allow you to remove your credit card information. They are unethical SCAMMERS BEWARE dont order from them!

I bought size 12 Men’s shoes for my son and received baby shoes… emailed Flight Club and James the Customer Support person said that they “are a consignment company and I could resell the baby shoes with them. ” Say what! There is no accountability, no responsibility by these people. Doing a chargeback on my CC. Thank goodness I didn’t use Paypal or Venmo..
I’ve made purchases through flight club multiple times for my teens. Reviewing my last order I paid 272. 00 shipping included not realizing I was get ripped off. Now I can’t get a response from support. Never again.

I bought a pair of Air Max 90 and they where shipped directly from China to me in the U. S. they looked funny. I wore them for a few hours and noticed the stitching on the side wasn’t stitched at all. After further close inspection I came to the conclusion that I received a Chinese knock off from Flight club. Please don’t buy of these people. They don’t even answer emails.
The worst experience I’ve ever had. They take your money and you never hear from them. I’v been waiting for 3 weeks and I still don’t have a tracking number as to where the product is. There is no customer service number to call. When you send an e-mail you get generic responses back. I actually believe the email response is generated by a bot. Stay away from this company at all costs!

I ordered my autistic son a pair of raging bull 5s paid $260 for them. Never received my shoes, I sent several emails only for them to tell me to send a copy of my ID to file a report with their insurance. They don’t even have a phone number where you can speak to a live person. Everything is done via email. After reading the horror stories (bad reviews) there is no way I would ever in my life send them my ID. I will be filing a complaint with BBB, FTC, and CPMB to get my money back. If that doesn’t work, I’ll see them in small claims court..
I paid over $300 for what was supposed to be deadstock, brand new condition, no defects foamposite pros and flight club sent me very damaged b grade shoes. The damage is very noticeable on the nike logo and completely ruins the value of the shoe. They knew what they were sending me because the damage is super obvious. Don’t do business with Flight Club unless you want to get your money stolen.

Stay far away as possible from this company. All the negative reviews you’re reading are true. This company will find a way to rip you off. I ordered a pair of forces and received an email a few days later stating the seller canceled my order. Fight club states they refunded my money and I should see it within 3-5 business days. I already reported them to the BBB and time will tell if I get my money back. I’ll give them 10 days tops and if I don’t see my money I’ll take them to small claims court.
My son spent his hard earned money trusting you jerks. He spent $460, yea that’s right. $460 damn dollars and you don’t give him any ticket of purchase or nothing… You send him one shoe that was an 11 and the other one a size 12. This company is a RIP OFF! All sales are final because their product is SUB PAR and definitely not worth the prices their asking! Took a survey and was sent a free watch. The watch I was supposed to get was not what I got. I received a watch that had a mesh watch band with a magnetic band that they charged me $105 dollars for. I got five of the same watches from Amazon for $36. 00 total. This company is a scam. If you like paying a lot for junk this is the place for you. You will better off buying from a department store. I have placed an order from this website over two weeks ago and the order has still not shipped. I have contacted customer service many times and they never get back to me with anything concrete. After me sending four separate emails and 9 days of waiting they finally say they will escalate the issue and get back to me, and I can reply to their email for quicker contact. I have now replied to their email several times and there is simply no answer. They have no phone numbers and I am honestly scared I will never see those shoes or my money again.

Got my shoes in less than a week worn them twice so far.
They came brand new clean and fresh like I bought them directly from the Nike warehouse.
About to by 2 or 3 more pair.
My fiancee also buys Nike Air Max from them had hasn’t had any issues.

Flight Club stated that they will not refund his money or exchange the shoes. The misinformation about size is their error. My son worked very hard for his money and they keeping it. You are better off going through the Nike or Footlocker websites!
