Hi, I was playing GTA5 yesterday, one of the player who threaten to IP track me if I don’t drop him money which I don’t even don’t how he think I’m able to drop him, but there anyway to find out online player’s real Ip address? And if yes then what tool is he/she is using to track players down

Bullshit. People make IP addresses especially in movies seem like an “high tech hacking method” just like 12 year olds in call of duty booting people offline.
IP is only your approximate location, people might be able to find what city you live in and what your ISP is, but they can’t be able to pinpoint your exact location.
Besides you don’t threaten someone with an IP address. Sounds stupid and cringy going around and saying “hey guys, i know your IP address”
TL;DR: No you can’t track someone down and pinpoint there location.

I don’t think the packages will include IP address with username. Or even packages from IP’s won’t include an username, I think.

Yes, they can track your IP.
Sub1to’s Internal Menu had a way to track IP. You literally just went over to the online player menu and clicked on a user name and it showed their IP.

I know I’m a little late to this… But the answer is yes, it’s pretty easy to get anyone’s IP address in gta. As some1 else has already mentioned, it’s a peer2peer game, meaning your network is directly communicating with other player’s network, instead of through a server as in server-based games.
They could be using wireshark or any other network analyser tool, or a simple ip grabber which can be implemented with a mod menu.
The danger isn’t in some1 finding your real address, although it’s possible to pin it down to a few streets, probably no1 will go looking for you. I mean what would they do? Beat you up? And most likely the person doesn’t even live in the same city or country. Those ppl who rly think a hackers main objective is to know your exact address are morons tbh.
So you may ask “Okay, but what can they do then? “, well, they can harm you in other ways, and no, I’m not talking about a ddos attack, only 12 yo lil kids say that shit. That would require effort and a rly good network or a botnet and wouldn’t achieve anything. Depending on how good they’re, they could monitor the data flow on your network (but that’s usually encrypted nowdays so not rly a danger) or find unsecure open ports and gain access to your devices. From there they can infect your pc with a rat or keylogger or almost anything. But it’s very unlikely that some1 playing gta would actually do something like that. I sometimes mess around with douches in gta by showing their ip or crashing their game too, but it’s never that serious.
But if you want protection, you can use a vpn or a proxy, but those will most likely increase your ping. And your IP can be traced even if you’re using a proxy. Just make sure your network doesn’t have any unused open ports and that you always use secure protocols and you’ll be fine.

Grand Theft Auto is a long standing video game series, created by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. GTA: London 1961 (1999) – This expansion pack was released exclusively for PCs, with scenes of London in 1961 and a Briton resembling James Bond.
GTA 2 (1999) – It had a number of changes on its graphics and gamers could set day or night mode when playing thanks to the improvements on the game’s lighting system.
GTA III (2001) – Saw the introduction of 3D isometric view supported on PS2, making it an instant hit.
GTA: Vice City (2002) – Showing scenes of Miami of 1980s, the game had brighter colors with GTA III similar graphics.
GTA: San Andreas (2004) – With over 27 million copies sold, this game was Rockstar’s bestselling PS2 game with fictional scenes of; San Andreas (California), Los Santos (Los Angeles) and San Fierro (San Francisco).
GTA Advance (2004) – This game faced a number of technical challenges as it was supposed to be part of GTA III, for the GB Advance.
GTA: Liberty City Stories (2005) – It came with improved graphics; higher resolution to support variations in weather effects.
GTA: Vice City Stories (2006) – It was a prequel to GTA: Vice City but with more colorful environments in the city.
GTA IV (2008) – Undoubtedly the biggest leap to the HD era, GTA IV came with more dense interactive features; more realistic character and animation thanks to the Euphoria physics engine.
GTA: The Lost and Damned (2009) – Featuring the Lost and Damned motorcycle gang, this release was basically an add-on to GTA IV, downloadable on Xbox Live.

Financial Success of GTA
