Worst app ever
Worst app ever! Scammers! I deposited 50euros to try after 3 months the I still have 46. 69euros in the account. Decided to take the money out but every time I want to withdraw they money the app get stuck. I contacted support numerous times via email but no one ever got back. Luckily it was only 50 euros. Just be aware that adding your money goes very fast and easy. Taking it out, seems to be impossible.
I have send in euro 1150 two weeks ago…
I have send in euro 1150 two weeks ago from my Revolut account and went vary smooth to bots because I saw on trustpilot a lot of negative reviews I was then try to put it on test and I have stop from 11 bots to 8 bots and left 3 only in there I made €80 in less two weeks since last week on the 7th of October I have withdrawal €980 but it takes up to 48hrs working days so today my money was in my Revolut account and happy with that. Normally I don’t put any reviews but I thought and because only I saw the negative reviews that’s why I hope that helps! Ps: I have be scam before and I understand anyone there what they go through!

Works fine but I can’t withdraw
Works fine but I can’t withdraw my money!!! I think withdrawing is one of the important things to be gain trust. Support doesn’t take the phone.
I was wanting to invest some money
I was wanting to invest some money. After reading the reviews of this site on how 90‰ say that they have lost their money. Don’t do it
Hi, we are sorry to read that you don’t want to try our app. If you want to try we would recommend a bot with a low risk level. But it is up to you what you do. Kind regards, team Bots
Way too many problems
Way too many problems. Bots sometimes rise and fall by -50% and +50% due to problems at BOTS. When you stop bots you sometimes get as much as 25% short of what the app indicates. Looks like they are not going to last long. I hear everyone around me is dropping out because of ALL the problems with BOTS, and they don’t score too well on the Google playstore either.
Hi Anthon, We are sorry that you didn’t have a good experience with Bots. We would love to help you with your problems. It is possible that you didn’t had luck with the bot you invested in. If you would like to talk please contact our support department. Kind regards, team Bots
Maybe they have good intentions
Maybe they have good intentions, but if they want to grow they will need to do that with loyal customers and therefore they need to first sort out their app and their processes. 1) after creating an account through the app I could no longer log in. Had to clear the app cache to get it to work. Not a good trust point for a company that is supposed to be writing software to handle financials, can’t make an app work. 2) To initiate a bank transfer to deposit funds you use the app which will generate a payment reference number for you to use. You then go to your banking app and make the payment. However then you are supposed to someone know for yourself that you then need to switch back into the app to click that you have made the payment. If you don’t realise you have to do this (why would you) or you forget, then the payment gets ‘cancelled’ on their end meaning that they will simply ignore the payment you have sent to that reference number. 3) There’s no process to pick these unmatched payments up. I made 2 of them and that was it, they just disappear into the ether. 4) I contacted them to ask about this process and was first told to do nothing, there was a process that would automatically refund unmatched payments. 5) A week later and nothing happened. I was told to send printouts from my bank statement to them (why I have to do this before they have even tried to look at their own bank account and unmatched payments I do not know). I emailed them with this information, and was told they would contact me. 6) A further week later and nothing. I contacted them again and they said they had not received the email from me. I resent it, I resent it with inline attachments, and I sent a ‘test’ email with no attachments. The only email they said they received was the email with no attachments. I then proceeded to send multiple other test emails with single attachments, they seem to receive emails from gmail with single attachments.. so I sent them 4 emails (one for each of the transactions (two had gone through, two had disappeared). They said that they didn’t want 4 emails, they wanted 1 email with 4 attachments (which we had already tried multiple times before and they said they would not receive the emails). 7) So I’m still waiting. a full 2 weeks after I contracted them and explained exactly what had happened – 2 payments made with reference numbers that their backend considered to be related to a cancelled deposit (due to silly UI/UX bug expecting people to remember to go back to app and click ‘OK’ after making payment).. plus a simple missing process in their back office to find unmatched payments.. attempt to match them (via other successful payments) and then contact the account holder or simply refund the line. Unless they sort out their processes and app and customer service.. then don’t of further thoughts after some newer interaction. a) there is a hard barrier between those in customer service and ‘finance’ and this barrier bleeds out into interaction with the customer. Customer service has to get everything in order before even approaching ‘finance’ and it is your duty as a customer to help them do this. This isn’t ‘finance’ as in budgets and accounting, this is ‘finance’ as in processing incoming and outgoing payments.. i. e. core business. There should be no demarcation here, it is THE business. b) the idea of the company is that automation can do things better than humans. but then surely if you mean that you would first apply this approach to your own business processes? Who would trust a company who promotes automation scripting for their customers, but doesn’t trust it for its own internal processes? Again. why is payment matching such a broken process requiring any manual intervention, let alone requiring intervention driven by the customer? EDIT: after almost a month they did finally fix the issue by returning my money to a core business process (inward transfer of funds is the starting point for other processes) is not only not automated, but completely ignored.. and why support function is completely divorced.. possibly commercially too from key business processes.. is beyond really need to start from scratch and map out their flows and realise that growth is going to come from loyal customers and word of mouth from them.. and that customers heavily overuse the basic processes.
quantity over quality
Unfortunately, I would say. The idea behind is not bad at all. But instead of focusing on the product, the company only care about growth. They do anything they can to become bigger and attract new clients while the quality of the product goes down every release. Users facing bugs and issues, often to do with payout and misleading statistics. If would use the time and resources they spend in hiding the mess into actually solving them it would be a step in the right direction. But instead of fixing those issues, they call you to ask to adapt reviews and place fake reviews themselves. Typical example: I got a faster reply in my google play store review than my actual case. Someone even called me to ask to adapt my review while I rarely was called to give me an update on the actual is not a scam. It is a company full of good intentions with driven people, especially support. Unfortunately the budget they spend in marketing feels bigger than in the product list of bugs is endless and barely get solved, support friendly but severely understaffed and the amount of bugs are just unacceptable for a finance app.
Hi Yves, we do care about the quality of our product. Our focus is to deliver a product without any bugs. Unfortunately we have some bugs in our app, but we are working hard to solve them. We would love to have a conversation about our app, please get in touch with support for this. Kind regards, team Bots

Fraud
Fraud, Stay Away, been 2 weeks since I requested a withdrawal from the app, it was approved and seems to have sent the money to a bank account that doesn’t belong to me? I’ve been calling customer support everyday, they tell me that I chose the bank to send my withdrawal too, I only selected to withdraw to the same account I deposited to, the company then decided to change the bank details and send my money elsewhere, Fraud, lawsuits pending for this business.
HI Anon, we are very sorry for this situation. Our apoligies for this inconvenience, we will investigate the situation, and will solve your problem. We will contact you as soon as we have the solution. Kind regards, team Bots

What’s the best Bot to use at the moment? Darren
Hi Darren, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we can’t give financial advice and therefore also not advice you which bot to choose. However, please choose for yourself if you would like a high, moderate or low risk bot! And read all descriptions, they will tell you how the bot trades and what their strategies gards, Team BOTS
I have used BOTS
I have used BOTS. Minimum of $50 per investment. I was able to withdraw and received back my money. I am giving it time to seed and see how the investment runs as it is supposed to increase with time.
Hi Bo, Thank you for your positive feedback and trust in Bots! Great to hear gards, Team BOTS
The bots are not smart and AI at all!
I have lost more money with Bots than with cryptos. They claim that bots trade smarter than people, but then you should also be able to earn money with falling coins and that is not happening. The AI is hard to find, it is better to buy and sell yourself with but not least, on June 15th I withdrew around €1800, it is now June 20th and the money is still not in my account!
Hi, we are sorry for your bad experience with bots. So the bots do trade better than humans but unfortunately it is not always possible to make profit. When you are investing in a bot, that’s the moment you are investing in an algorithm. If you are still missing this amount of money, please get in touch with our support department. Kind regards, team Bots
Don’t use this app!
Don’t use this app!! Sent money there 4 days ago, still nothing. It’s obviously a scam!
Hi, I am sorry to hear this. Did you receive the money yet? Please let me know. If not, contact our support department () and they will help you to fix this as soon as you, Team BOTS
(FIXED)Money still missing after selling bots
(Edit: problem has been fixed, so I’ve improved my review from 1 to 3 stars) I can only hope my future experience with the Bots app will keep improving so I can change it to an even higher rating)The original review:“Money still missing, 3 weeks after stopping bots. I’m afraid I feel obligated to write this negative rewiew. Something I truly dislike to do. I hope the problem will be fixed soon so I can turn this review into a more positive one. 3 weeks ago I sold 3 bots. 30% of the value ‘vanished’, nearly €1000. A lot of people are reporting this problem currently. Some small amounts and some thousands and thousands of Euro’s. For three weeks I’ve waited for a solution, but each week I hear “we’re working on it”. Since a lot of people are reporting the same problem I don’t dare to sell my other bots with all the risk involved. This is a huge problem! Each day this problem persists my trust in the app is you’re interested in Crypto Bots, I advise you to look elsewhere for a more stable app. The potential is huge though so I might write a more positive review eventually. ”
Hi M Messemaker, we are not happy to read that you are still missing funds after stopping a bot. Did you already got in contact with our support department? We are open to help you because you shouldn’t be missing funds after stopping a bot. Please get in touch with our support department if you didn’t yet. We hope to solve your problem as soon as Bots
Wonderfull app
App had its hickups but works like intended. Bots trade for you and make awesome returns. For anyone who wants to see live trading bots this is not the platform, to protect the bot creators strategys the graphs dont show the exact step of entrys which ive seen a lot of people complain about. Suit yourself, do you want +50% return on investment start with Bots. If u think you can do better trade yourself. The slogan of the company is: bots trade better than humans. Let them work and don’t be scared when your wallet goes down a little when the market goes down. Have faith
Hi Michel, Thank you for your positive review. Very happy to hear this! Team BOTS
The bots app isn’t trustable
The bots app isn’t trustable, yes they got a support team and is working hard. The current system isn’t completed and the whole app have still a lot of bugs. They try to expand worldwide, but aren’t currently stable enough for a few countries. A few examples, why u can lose your money:- the most profitable/trending coins/bots are always full- the money what you put on the account isn’t everytime directly available on the app, so you can miss the whole moment- when u stop the bot, there can appear issues that our profit isn’t correct. So you think your making some money, but the end of the transaction don’t know where u profit went. I was really hopeful about this platform, but the company have other priorities.
Hi Yasar, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear this. As a fast growing scale up we are indeed facing several issues. We are working on solving these issues as soon as possible! Every week more bots are joining the platform and market caps are increased. Regards, Team BOTS
Very convenient
Very convenient, useful and profitable app.
Hi, thank you for your positive review. Happy to hear this! Team BOTS

Actually, Interesting implementation of auto trading with simple rulesets. Would be interested to see the rules update to other indicators also. Genuinely this is awesome.
Hi, thank you for your positive review. Happy to hear this! Team BOTS

Before we launch into setting up this process, you might be wondering:
“How does a chatbot help me get more reviews? ”
A chatbot is a computer program that has conversations with people in text and messaging apps.
Chatbots are great at doing repetitive tasks, which make them awesome personal assistants.
Chatbots can be programmed to do just about anything from taking orders to routing support requests to registering people for events.
In this case, we’re going to put a chatbot personal assistant to work inviting customers to give feedback, and then extending a special invitation to leave a review whenever someone tells you they’ve had a 5-star experience.
MobileMonkey is the software we’ll use to build this system. MobileMonkey has a free chatbot builder that doesn’t require any coding to use. Instead, design and launch chatbots that work in Facebook Messenger, SMS and web chat using drag-and-drop visual campaign builders.
Clear the next 30 minutes and let’s build this bot.

What is an AI chatbot?
A chatbot is a computer program that imitates human conversation, either spoken, written or both. Chatbots have conversations with people online, and developers usually design chatbots in the hope that its users will not be able to tell whether they’re talking to a person or a robot.
The term chatbot comes from “chatterbot, ” a name coined by its inventor, Michael Mauldin, in 1994. He created the first chatbot named Julia. A chatbot (also known as a talkbot, bot, IM bot, intelligent chatbot, conversation bot, AI conversation bot, artificial conversation entity, or virtual talk chatbot) is a computer program or an artificial intelligence which conducts a conversation via auditory or textual methods.
What differentiates Artificial Intelligence chatbots from regular chatbots is that it is possible for chatbots to “learn” things about users by tracking patterns in data. Without training, these chatbots can then apply the pattern to similar problems or slightly different questions. This ability gives them the “intelligence” to perform tasks, solve problems, and manage information without human intervention.
