Yes! You’re more than welcome to create multiple accounts as long as you don’t use any of your accounts to vote on the same posts (this is considered vote manipulation and is against the rules) or break any of the other rules in the Reddit Content Policy. You can even use the same email address to verify both your accounts.

Does Reddit know if you have multiple accounts?
Reddit uses your IP address and your browser cookies among other things to create a “fingerprint, ” which is how they recognize you’re the same person. Reddit doesn’t care at all if you have multiple accounts, but if you offend on one then don’t expect them to not ban your other accounts too.
Does Reddit track IP addresses?
Like on mobile, the site logs information about the browser you use, your operating system, and your IP address. However, Reddit says it will delete all that information from its servers every 90 days — except the IP address you used to create your Reddit account.
