Juan that hasn’t helped at all and now I’m locked out.
I tried to change the password and it said I needed to add a phone number, I did and it said it was different to the original one I had, it wasn’t.
It sent me a code, and then said that I can;’t change anything for one **** month coz it’s changing my phone number?????
So I can’t change may password and I still can’t call anyone.. in the middle of a global pandemic when I’m losing my job and Skype won’t let me make calls despite having an active subscription and credit.
Sio what can I do?? There are no Live customer service people to reset my account.
I’m absolutely fcked.

The quickest way to get your account unlocked is by requesting and entering a security code online. If you haven’t tried unlocking your account online, we recommend you start there.
If you didn’t receive your security code at the phone number you entered, try again or try a different number.
If your security code doesn’t work, make sure you enter the numbers in the body of the message, and not the numbers in the header.
If you see a “usage limit exceeded” error message when requesting a security code, this could mean the phone number has been used too many times in a short period of time, or that we’ve detected something suspicious about the phone number.
To better protect you and your information, we block the ability to request security codes from certain phone numbers when the risk of fraud is potentially detected.

If you receive a Skype pop-up saying “Call ended, Account blocked” it’s probably because you use a VPN. I have been using a VPN service for several months. Recently Skype has blocked my account because of the VPN.
